Bill heads off to the tropics once again with hid good friend the irrepressible Captain Asparagus, this time to the island of Rarotonga, then north to the island of Aitutaki still in the Cooks, and then they're off to Karratha in Western Australia north of the Tropic of Capricorn. They meet a variety of interesting fishermen along the way, and learn the tricks of fishing in the tropics.
